Where does this store ship from?

Watertown, MA. Some product ships directly from my manufacturers. This is why I go with a flat rate for shipping, it tends to be cheaper for the buyer.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

All items that are brand new I do not accept returns on. If it is used or vintage I will specify if there is returns accepted.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes. Shipping on items outside of the US have been between $10-$15 per package!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, if not sooner, depending on your location. International shipping delivery times may vary between 7-14 days. The local post offices say 2-12 weeks, but I have never had anything take that long to be delivered.
